2025: Another Amazing Year of BCP!

2025 was a BIG year at Boston Community Pediatrics. We celebrated BCP’s 5th Anniversary, a huge accomplishment for the first nonprofit pediatric private practice in Massachusetts, and we delivered comprehensive care to over 1,700 children, most of whom are living with low income.
Throughout 2025, BCP cultivated hope, equity, and resilience at an especially difficult time for families. While many in our community struggled with the stress of immigration enforcement and impending cuts to food, healthcare, and social services, these challenges only strengthened our resolve.
At BCP, we continue to invest in people. We invest in our patients, including by launching innovative, expanded programs–from a psychology PhD practicum which has brought mental health externs onsite to further support patients’ mental health, to onsite phlebotomy services, to a collaboration with the Brookline Center for maternal mental health support, and much more. And, we continue to invest in our outstanding staff, retaining 100% of our medical team at a time when provider burnout is endemic. In fact, this year, our efforts earned BCP a coveted spot as one of Boston Business Journal’s Best Places to Work! Our relentless investment in people, both our patients and our staff, is making health equity a reality for all our children–in Boston and beyond.
