5th Annual Holiday Shop: Our Biggest Year Yet!
On December 12th and 13th, 2025, Boston Community Pediatrics held its 5th Annual Holiday Shop, which was our biggest and most impactful event yet, serving 370 families—more than 1,000 community members, including 756 children.
The Holiday Shop was transformed into a festive wonderland where parents were able to select gifts for their children with care, dignity, and pride. Volunteers lovingly wrapped each present so families could experience the joy of giving something special on Christmas morning—gifts chosen thoughtfully by parents for their own children.
Children enjoyed a weekend full of holiday magic, including photos with Santa and Curious George, activities in the kids’ corner, cozy reading time with the Man in the Yellow Hat, and, as always, grilled cheese from Roxy’s food truck.
Every family went home with far more than gifts. Families also received Target and Stop & Shop gift cards, gingerbread house kits, hot cocoa, stocking stuffers, new books, hygiene products, fresh produce, and shelf-stable groceries. Most importantly, they left knowing they are part of a community that is here to support them—not just during the holidays, but all year long.
We are deeply grateful to our incredible partners, donors, and volunteers, including the BCP Brigade, the National Charity League Wellesley Area Chapter, and the dedicated team at BCP.
