On December 8th and 9th, 2023, Boston Community Pediatrics created a magical Holiday Shop for BCP families! For the third year, BCP transformed an empty space in the South End into a winter wonderland!
Families were welcomed in to shop for new gifts (at no cost to the family), gingerbread houses, incredible stocking stuffers including hot chocolate kits, a beautiful new book, produce, groceries, a hygiene kit, popcorn and also received 2 gift cards. Families took pictures with the most fabulous Santa while Curious George and the Man in the Yellow Hat read books to children. Our kids' corner kept patients occupied with fun crafts and books. BCP always centers dignity in all we do and this event does just that - parents choose gifts which are then wrapped so that they can give their children the presents they selected on Christmas morning. This was an incredible community effort and would not have happened without the support of so many BCP friends and supporters!
